Delivery Options

We have a number of delivery options depending where you live and how eager you are to receive your Cinnamon Junction order.

* All UK orders over £50.00 will be eligible for free delivery.

** Please note all International deliveries, including Europe, are sent Tracked and Signed where possible. Due to Customs delays, these orders can take longer to reach you, and any Customs Taxes and Duties are payable by the customer at point of receipt.

UK Standard

Should you choose UK Standard, all orders will be delivered by Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail will endeavour to deliver your parcel the day after your order has been confirmed, but if you require your order within 24 hours, we would recommend you choose UK Next Day Delivery.

UK Next Day Delivery, Guaranteed by 1pm

Again, this will be sent with Royal Mail.  As long as you place your order by 12pm, Monday – Friday, we will send your items out the same day and they will be delivered by 1pm, the next working day (excl. Bank Holidays).  Whilst everything will be done to ensure that you receive your goods in the time-honoured fashion, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes face our delivery partner and, as such, no refund of delivery charges can be made.

Delivery by 5.30pm the next working day to postcodes: AB30-56, IV21-28, IV40, IV 52, IV54, KW1-14, PA28-38, PH15, 1726, PH31-40, PH49-50, HS1, HS3-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, PA20 (0-9), PA41-49, PA60, PA77, KW15, KW16 (Stromness Town only), GY9 (Alderney only), ZE1 (Lerwick), HS3. Delivery after two working days by 5.30pm for postcodes: GY1, GY9 (Sark), HS2, PA6175, PA78, ZE2-3. Delivery after 3 working days by 5.30pm on the third working day to postcodes: KW16-17, PH30, PH41-44. Our Saturday guaranteed delivery is not available to Herm, Sark; and for Alderney guarantee is Saturday by 5.30pm.


Delivery charges will be taken in GBP. If you are using non-UK credit or debit card, exchange rates will be set by your bank, and charges may be levied, for foreign currency transactions.


For customers outside of the UK, import duty or taxes may have to be paid, and these are borne by you, the customer.

Returns and Refunds

It’s on us! Free UK returns.

If it’s not quite right, then get in touch on and  we’ll email you a prepaid returns label. All you have to do is send the item back to us within 14 days of receiving it. If you are unable to print off our returns label, let us know and we can pop one in the post for you. Alternatively, our address for returns is:

The item must be unused, and in the same condition that you bought it in, with the original tags and in the original packaging.

Once your returns parcel is ready, take it along to the Post Office to send, remembering to take a proof of postage. Please keep this until you receive your refund.

We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item and will refund you the item cost, minus the delivery charge where applicable. The refund should appear in your bank account within 5 days of processing the refund.


Same process really, just drop us an email on and we will send you a prepaid UK returns label. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will send you out your requested item, free of charge.

If for any reason your chosen item is not available, we will let you know, giving you the opportunity to pick an alternative, or the option of a refund.
